• Welcome to the Saddle Hill Appraisal Web Site. Saddle Hill Appraisal provides residential appraisal services throughout central New Hampshire. I specialize in residential properties including single family, 2-4 family small residential income properties, condominium units and vacant land.
  
  I have been appraising real estate on a full-time basis in central New Hampshire since 1983. Prior to that I worked in the municipal assessing field. I strictly confine myself to residential properties and vacant land, though I have commercial appraisal experience. I hold New Hampshire Licensed Residential Appraiser License # NHLR-62 and have been licensed since 1993.

• Saddle Hill Appraisal covers all of Belknap County except Barnstead, as well as selected bordering towns in Grafton, Carroll and Merrimack counties. Ths coverage area includes approximately 25 towns and cities in the central part of the state. A ZIP CODE coverage list is available on request.
